My daffodils may bloom in July or August this year, and who knows when my raised garden bed will emerge from the snow.

I rent a raised bed in the Oliver Community Garden. There are a couple of large beds, and a few small ones not spoken for, so if you are interested, now is the time to book a plot.

Heather looks after the booking - you can contact her at:
The gardens have a website - in the process of updating.

Seasonal rental for a large bed is $25, small bed $15, plus a $5 annual membership in the society.

Rental includes access to garden tools on site, and automatic irrigation.

Kelly from Pacific Silica has just donated some mushroom compost to enhance the soil.

Members commit to some time in the general upkeep of the gardens.

There is a work party and orientation on April 28th at 11:00am.
