The images of the truck involved in the quad theft a while back, do not match the vehicles related to the recent police presence in the village. There are a number of surveillance cameras in the village. If you are considering getting one, you may want to look at WYZE cam. They have inexpensive cameras that produce decent images, alert your phone, and have other features.
I am aware of at least one recent theft of a chainsaw. If you have had anything stolen from your property recently, be sure to report it to the Oliver RCMP. Stolen goods were seized in this area this week.
