From 7:45 for more than 30 minutes, lightning strikes all around us.
We did get enough droplets to settle the dust and wash the air. The closest strike I tracked was east of Camp McKinney, some on the backside of Baldy, lots north and west of us.
Ignition reported above Fairview Mountain Golf Course. Watch for smoke today, and report on the BC Wildfire App.
I wasn't fast enough to extract the strike map on my phone.
