Many of us are aware of an investigation regarding an alleged incident at a cabin owned by an Oliver business man, who apparently brought farm workers to his cabin.
I was asked recently if I heard anything regarding progress on the case. Castanet is reporting a sexual assault charge being laid. Contrary to local rumours, the accused is in Canada and appeared in court.

I just wish the press would stop noting the ski area where the alleged incident took place.
