BC Fire/Rescue group reminding public to call 911 and help if they can when coming across vehicle crash scenes - BC News: A crash this weekend in Kootenay-Boundary has local fire and rescue crews reminding the public to do what they can to help when they come across a lone vehicle incident.

I was the only person from Baldy to attend a public hearing on Baldy zoning for pot shops. Like many areas in the RDKB, there is no zoning permitting pot shops at Baldy, and a person wishing to open one would have to go through the whole zoning and public hearing process as well as the other regs.

Light dusting of snow overnight, base measurement on the side bar has been adjusted for the settling since the big storm. Remember this is in my yard, not up top.

Fireworks - 6:00 - 6:30

Heads up - not sure the occasion, but a firework will be set off in the base area around 6:00-6:30.

Anyone with fireworks who wants to combine and make a little show is welcome.
