It is important to have a whole of community approach. Our properties affect our neighbours.
From emergency management - a point I've relayed before - if structural protection comes in and you have done a lot of work on your property, they will try and save your place. If you have done nothing, they will by pass your place and save one that has had the effort put in to it.
