Base Measurement

BMR's base measurement is taken at the weather plot north of the top of the Eagle. The sticks are vertical :), and the same station has been used for years, so values are comparable. It is sheltered from the wind.

I was late planting my village base post in my yard. Assuming I did hit ground when I planted it, the base in my yard is up to 108cms, up from 85 last time I looked. My stick is not sheltered from the wind.
