The debris on the road has been cleaned up by someone who does not have a rake. Not sure what the plan is for the rest of it. Looks like a vehicle could back in part way at the lower level, and stuff could be wheeled to a trailer instead of hauled up the bank. There is a fair bit of scrap metal
