I suppose those who don't bother to check the proper disposal of items just assume someone else will pick up after them.
RDKB will be removing these paint containers today. I photographed a couple of labels and enlarged them, one appears to be out of province. While I was taking photos yesterday, a pick-up pulled in with 3 guys - they waited until I left to unload.
