Looking up this morning, it appears that the cat has already been across the PK crossover. Lots of snow to work with.
Last weekend, Friday and Saturday were great on the lump, but Sunday the grooming did not match the ski report. The Prinoth with the new engine was not quite right, and was parked part way through the shift. Finning has been up, and it is back in service.
One of the PB's has been doing a lot of track packing, and did not have the tiller mounted for a back up. It is on there now.
The Prinoth was running just fine until Saturday night - getting the back up ready to go was on a to do list, but the fellow who would have made sure it was done, got a little sidetracked. His daughter decided that opening weekend was her time to enter the world. I'm hoping to get a photo and announcement to share. In the meantime, the new Daddy is the red head with the big smile on his face.
I have learned that when one breaks a bone, and the ER staff don't know you - don't tell them where you live or what you do. Broken baby finger on my left hand - 7 days ago, 5 days since xray and splint. You know I won't be waiting 6 weeks to get out on the hill. Just not sure about tomorrow.
