Rosie crossed the rainbow bridge today, after 12 good years. Posting about a dog passing is not something I usually do, but everyone knew Rosie. She was the guardian of the upper cul-de-sac, and likely she logged the most miles zig zagging the Baldy snowshoe trails during her life time. When she was sleeping on the couch, her legs would be running while she dreamt of being on the trails.
Our thoughts are with Marian and Jim. They have always had at least one Irish Setter in the family since they came to Baldy. Recent days have been tough, and Marian in particular will miss her constant canine companion.
