Congratulations to the Miller family on the safe arrival and installation of their mountain home. Straight from the manufacturing facility, appliances installed etc. BUT
They have to wait a month to connect to power! The AGM will have a vote that could put in place an unrestricted right of way, which could eliminate the requirement of every new build applying for an individual right of way. There is info on Powerstrata, or you could talk to one of the council members.
The way to grow our community and the ski area is to make things easier not more difficult for new builds.
