If you are not already aware, YRB has the contract to maintain the Baldy Road, and the top section of the McKinney Road, down to the old microwave site, turn around area. The rest of McKinney Road is handled by another contractor. As you complete the survey, note that Mt. Baldy is not listed as a community serviced by YRB. Do they think no one lives here?
