Are you a long time Osoyoos Credit Union member like me?

Since the Osoyoos Credit Union became one of the Cascadia Credit Unions, I have been unable to get anyone on the phone, until today.

This morning I got a call, and when I returned the call, it sounded like the person answering was in outer space? Centralized reception? She was able to connect me to a helpful local person - I don't know her, but her last name was a long time Osoyoos name, and she was very helpful in the manner to which I have become accustomed in the 30 years I have been a member there.

They now have a "work around" that has the phone system at least working............
