Yes, I missed opening weekend, and my long distance weather reports were a bit of a challenge. I am home now, and it is snowing heavily. Actual measurements starting tomorrow morning.
It is a long way from Baldy to Campbell River , but well worth the many hours of travel to spend time with another branch of my Norwegian family, and celebrate a 100th Birthday.
Of course on my way back to the ferry yesterday, I stopped in Courtenay, and had a great visit with Baldy family.
