Yes we would all like some fresh snow, but we do have sunshine, and a base that is holding up well. The groomer operators do their thing every night to refresh the surface. Be thankful that this is your home or preferred mountain.
I was sent a photo taken by a friend at a ski area closer to the ocean. I debated posting it, but did not want anyone to think it was from here, or to be accused of posting bad advertising for the ski area involved. There was almost as much brown as white on the slopes.
