Our thoughts are with the person (possibly a youth) who was airlifted to PRH this afternoon. Heli from Kamloops to Baldy - 49 minutes. Flight time Baldy to the roof of PRH, 14 minutes.

It always takes me a moment or two to realize what the noise is as the heli flies over my house.
I do not know the particulars of this incident, but I do know from a past medi vac that the heli comes with equipment and critical care medics. They even have an ultra sound that gives an image on an ipad.
Where did I get the flight info? The same website I use during Fire Season to watch air support. Flight Aware.
