Washout/hole in the road at the entrance to the village - marked and reported. I went for a drive and couldn't find anything that matched the photo on Facebook. With all the liquid sunshine today, the usual run off from the parking lot is more or less staying in a channel to the ditch. There is some erosion in places in the village roads - if the water continues to appear, and or it warms up, there could be other issues.
