If you are not attending - have you given your proxy to a person of your choice whom you trust to vote as you wish?

A proxy can be nullified by issuing a new one with a fresh date.

There is no "us and them." We are a community with challenges in the past, challenges ahead, and some disagreement as to how to proceed.

It is democracy when we can vote for who we believe are the people best suited to lead the community moving forward.

Every current strata council member is a volunteer who has worked hard, and their efforts are appreciated.

A desire for change, is just that. Like any other election we participate in.

For all those who are willing to let their names stand for strata council, I thank-you for your willingness to serve.

Leave your emotions at the cabin, take your common sense to the AGM, and lets have a calm and productive AGM. Keep the decibels below WorkSafe levels.
