Colourful sparks and line down at the top of the village. Line is attached to the pole across Tin Horn from the Clarke Hilton. It is laying on the ground from there across the Dimma and Rossum driveways. The short pole at the bottom of Amanda's driveway has 3 short wires with connectors dangling from the pole, so It could be the line that feeds the service to Amanda's. Fortis arrived 9:15pm.
