OBFI. That was Ken Ozanne's expression - Old bugger on a fixed income. Well I guess I am one of those now. If 8 ft 1 inch bamboo and 6 ft fencing were in my budget, I would have done that.

I bought 4 ft Bamboo and 3 ft fencing to put along the top of the bank beside by driveway, thinking that would stop the snow from blowing over the bank and on to my truck.

No such luck. Either it was lighter snow or a different blower setting, but the guy blew snow over the top of the fence and hit the side of my truck. Again. He didn't hit me this time, I was at the back of the truck when he went by.

Repeated contact from Public Works hasn't worked, talking to the operator hasn't worked. The fence hasn't worked.
