Strata minutes out today - member complaint about uninsured RV's parked on common roads. In case you haven't noticed, ICBC stopped giving out decals some time ago. There are two travel trailers that have been regularly parked in the village this summer - one of them is mine. Of course my trailer is insured - for the whole year, not just seasonally. I am approachable, as is the owner of the other insured trailer.
If the fire danger rating had been lower this summer, I would have been out with the trailer more often, and you know the trailer is stored off site when the weather turns.
The majority of this community is getting along, and enjoying being on the mountain.
