Perfect evening, and great food - Steak or Salmon, served with onions, mushrooms, baked potato, corn on the cob, and caeser salad.
Lift Ops Supervisor Trevor worked in some high end restaurants before taking a break and change of scene at Baldy. Trevor and his assistants fed more than 60 people, and everyone enjoyed the food. The steaks were seasoned and cooked perfectly.
Lots of visiting and mixing, and of course there were groups still sitting around talking when last call was made for 7:00pm.
Front and side deck seating was used along with the kiosk tables.
