As members of the community, we can helped a stretched staff through the busiest time of the year. Try to use your cabin bathroom, and leave the lodge washrooms for guests. If the ski racks are overloaded at lunch time, maybe this is the day you go back to the cabin for lunch - you can support the food services on a quieter day.
BMR is dealing with a lot of cars, some parking on Cougar. If you have little ones or must drive down to the lodge, drop your passengers by the lodge if you can, and then park somewhere other than on the road.
Better yet, if you have a non skier in the cabin, perhaps they can drop you off at the lodge, and pick you up later.
