"I recently completed an 18 year career with TELUS as an in-home Technician specializing in a wide range of tech support including home phone, internet cabling and devices (routers/extenders/etc.), wifi, Optik TV, bluetooth devices, home security (including cameras) and home automation (flood detection, smart plugs, smart door locks, smart thermostats, etc.). Additionally, I am proficient in basic support and troubleshooting of mobile phones (iPhone and Android), tablets, printers, etc.
As discussed, my travel fee to Mt. Baldy will be $150 and I can spread that cost evenly across the amount of customers. I charge $60/hr. for in-home support with a minimum one hour charge. I accept cash and e transfers.
Prior to my visit, it is important that I connect with each customer individually for a brief "prefield" call to gain a high-level understanding of their issues so I can come prepared. This also increases the amount of time I am solving their problems vs. learning about their problems while the meter is running.
My aim is to confirm appointments by 12pm tomorrow so I can plan Saturday accordingly. If it is easier, feel free to share the contacts of any potential customers with me and I'm happy to follow up with them directly.
