Home to many critters since the receivership many years ago. Call them ground squirrels, marmots or whatever. They had a lot of fun in the insulation between the inner and outer layers of the structure.
I shall refrain from repeating my thoughts on this one.
It is now time for it to go.
The plan "A" that was floated last winter sounds like it is not going ahead.
Plan "B" will see protection in place for the existing foundation, and the electrical stuff that feeds other locations.
Please stay clear of all worksites, including the lifts.
