Who drives around the village at 5:30am towing a cargo trailer? If you know, please let me know. If you don't know, it is possible that someone was scoping out the village the other day. Vehicle seen on Whiskey Jack, up Tin Horn, and turned around up top somewhere.
The driver may have been surprised by meeting a pedestrian, but showed no interest in stopping to talk. Coincidence ? - the pedestrian was outside at that hour because the dog had wakened him.
