Six weeks of captivity will be behind me as of tomorrow. I await the return of cooler temperatures and some fresh snow, so that I can toss the medical boot, and put on my custom fit ski boots. They will provide better support for my recovering ankle than the medical boot.
Thank-you to all of my friends and family who have helped me through this difficult interruption in my ski season.
For those who don't know, this was a driveway slip, and not a ski injury.
